Literature and copies can be delivered directly to our store or through the internal mail system (VB-12). If you are expecting difficulties with providing us the copies before the stated deadline, we would appreciate it if you could notify us in advance. The deadline also applies to reprint batches. Without any notification your reader will not be reprinted!

Evening studies and opening times
The Erasmus Shop offers the possibility to be open for business outside the regular opening hours. If you think it is necessary, we are more than willing to keep our shop open in the evening, of course after we have discussed the matter. You can also point your students to our mail order service and/or webshop.

Why the Erasmus Shop?
Employees of the various EUR faculties have their own choice when it comes to providing the students with study material. Stichting Erasmus Shop offers various benefits over other parties. We can offer:

2. Competitive priced readers. As the Stichting Erasmus Shop is a foundation, we don’t have a focus aimed towards profit. Our focus is to produce and offer readers and syllabi at efficient rate, ensuring the student will never pay too much for his or her study material.
3. Copyright assistance. We have extensive in-house knowledge of national and international copyrights and publishers.
4. Liability free copies for teachers and professors.
5. Library copies. After your reader has been publicized it will be available in the university library
6. Flexible opening hours. We offer opening hours outside the regular time sheet, especially for evening courses.
7. A webshop and mail order service. The student can order his or her copies from their home.
8. Digital archiving. In case your reader should be out of stock, we can reprint it immediately, using our digital archive.
